Matthew Turnour is the Managing Partner of Neumann & Turnour Lawyers
and heads the Commercial Law division of the Firm. He has practiced
law since 1986. Whilst Matthew's principal focus in his legal practice
is commercial, he has a keen interest in the Not for Profit
sector. He is presently working on a PhD on the laws regulating
that sector. In his Research Masters his inquiry was into the ethical use of resources.

Master of Arts by Research in Applied Ethics, Queensland University
of Technology. Thesis, entitled the Stewardship Paradigm, considers
the ethical obligation imposed on those in control of resources.
